Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Harry James Apparel. If you're not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help with our 14-day return and refund policy.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@harryjamesapparel.com . They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping Costs

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
